Dierks Arkansas
Dierks Arkansas is located in Howard County in southwest Arkansas. Dierks was originally known as Hardscrabble, but the name was changed to honor Hans Dierks who was the founding father of the Dierks Lumber and Coal Company after the sawmill was built here.
